Everything's Pluple!

As Anna is working really hard on her speech here at home and in speech therapy, she sometimes picks a word that she can say and sticks with it. For a while, everything was "ba," then everyone was "da." But now it's "pluple." - Which, of course, means "purple." I was working on colors with her the other day, and though she can only consistently pick out yellow things when asked, she can only get close to saying purple. So, every crayon she picks up is pluple, even if I ask for a yellow and she picks up yellow. She picks up a crayon and yells, with a big smile on her face, PLUPLE!! And she just looks so darn cute, that it's really hard to correct her. Plus, I'm afraid if I correct her for saying the wrong thing, she's going to take it as correcting her for just talking in general, and I don't want to hinder the talking in any way. So for now, everything is pluple.
