Finally....Galveston pictures

Well, the Galveston trip didn't turn out that great, but some of the pictures are pretty cute. I should've posted these a long time ago, but oh well. Here's a few.

I'm going to a crop tomorrow night, so hopefully I'll be able to get a few layouts done and posted. I'm trying to pick out my papers and draw sketches tonight so I'll have everything ready to go tomorrw. We'll see how well that works!

Sick Baby Days

So, it's been slow going around here. Anna has been sickly since Monday night, so she hasn't wanted to do anything but whine. But she's getting better. We even attempted to go swimming in the little plastic pool. It didn't last too long, but she had fun. Well, just wanted to stop in and say hi!

Ordered Pictures

I finally ordered the pictures from the Galveston trip a week ago. I need them to come soon because I have a crop to go to on the first. This is only my second time to order from Shutterfly, so I don't really know how long they take to get here. Oh well, I'm sure I have more than enough pictures to scrap if those don't get here in time. Without Anna at the house, I was able to do a couple more layouts. If I had another week to work, I could probably get pretty much caught up. But I need to get all the garage sale stuff together for the big sale on Saturday, so no more scrapping for me this week. :(

I'm Back! - pic added

Ok, I'm going to start posting for real this time! It's been so busy around here, the last thing I think about is this blog. But it's happening! I'm acutally motivated this time.
I just joined Memory Works, which is a direct sales scrapbook company. The only places around here to buy scrapbook stuff are Hobby Lobby and Michael's and they don't carry all the cute lines. So I found Memory Works and loved the lines they carried so much that I signed up. They have all the great ones - Sassafras Lass, Rusty Pickle, Cosmo Cricket.....the list is forever long. Oh, I finally sat down and started working with my May kit from Little Red Scrapbook. I love it. I'll post pictures later on, though, because I hear a baby waking up now.

In a Rut

I'm in a rut. A big one. I can't seem to get going on anything. I had all Saturday afternoon practically to myself to do whatever I wanted & I just sat around. I did one layout about my dogs (titled: The world's worst dogs), but that was about it. I made Robert hang another shelf in my scrap closet and organized a little. Even my buttons are organized! But still, I felt like I got nothing done. I did about the same on Sunday. And today, while Anna has been napping, I haven't done too much. I'm just so blah. I don't even feel like getting up to take a picture of the one layout I did this weekend so I can post it. I'm terrible. How do I get out of this rut!?
